I am Laura Francis, “Your Minimal Effort(tm) Guru”.  I want everyone to do excellent work, do a lot of it, and feel great before, during, and after.  That means you are happy and healthy, not stressed out, burned out, or overwhelmed.  In order to do all that, you have to find the fastest, easiest ways to do all the things you do every day without compromising quality.  That’s what Minimal Effort(tm) is all about, and that’s why I’m here.

I like to write about ways to accomplish more with excellence while keeping your sanity, and I have random thoughts on all kinds of things from day to day.

I update on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday of each week, unless I have to reschedule a day here and there.  Please hold me to it!
